Reading
A passage a day, read aloud and scored.
Paste a chapter and it is cut into passages of about ninety words, one for each day, never splitting a sentence. Read one aloud into your phone and it comes back transcribed and scored against the text, with every word that did not come through marked on the page.

A session, in order
- 01
Add something you actually want to read
A chapter, an article, a story. It is split on paragraph breaks first and sentences second, so a passage is always a whole thought — and you are told how many days' reading you just added before you commit to it.
- 02
Read the day's passage out loud
Recorded in the browser, on a phone or a laptop. Nothing is installed and the audio goes to the site's own storage, not to a third party.
- 03
See which words did not come through
The transcript is aligned against the passage word by word, so a word you skipped is marked skipped and a word heard as something else shows you what it was heard as. One tap adds any of them to your deck.
What it will not do
This measures whether each word came across, not your accent. It is a reading-accuracy score built from a transcript, and it has one blind spot worth knowing: a word you mispronounce consistently, in a way the recogniser has learned to understand anyway, will score as correct. It is good at catching skipped words, abandoned sentences and words mangled past recognition — which is most of what actually stalls a reader.
Who it is for
Anyone who reads a language better than they speak it, and wants the gap to stop being invisible.
